The nationwide lockdown in England due to Coronavirus means we're having to close our retail stores from 5 November. We're hoping to be open again from 3 December. Stores in the rest of the UK are still open, but may be affected by local restrictions.

At this time, we ask that you use these digital tools as much as possible, since our Contact Centre is operating a very limited service.
We’re offering free data access to all NHS websites, for all contract and Pay As You Go customers. All calls to NHS 111 are already free.
