About Three London Store
We’re here to be the friendly neighbourhood faces of Three.
Following guidance from the Government, we’re excited to get back to doing that. From 15 June onwards, we started re-opening our stores. We’re pleased to say London is one of them.
We’ve introduced some new routines and rituals in our stores to ensure we remain Covid Secure and keep everyone safe.
Please sanitise your hands when you enter our stores.
Please keep a 2m distance from customers and store teams.
Please wear a face covering over your mouth and nose for the duration of your visit.
Our stores are regularly cleaned to keep us all safe.
We’ve installed Perspex screens at till points.
Card payments are preferred. Some of our stores in high risk areas do not currently take cash.
We are limiting the number of customers in our stores to keep everyone safe and ensure 2-meter social distancing can be obtained. If the store is at maximum capacity, please form a queue when busy.
If you’re bringing children with you, they’re more than welcome. However, we need parents to keep their children with them while visiting our stores, to keep everyone safe.
As much as we want to see you, if you can’t get into store, we totally understand. That’s why the Three app, My3 and our website are all available to you 24/7. You can check your bill, top-up and make any changes to your account with these tools.
